  • Prepare a budget and cash flow spreadsheet
  • Interpreting spreadsheet results

  • Appreciate the importance of managing cash flows for your business in good times and bad
  • Understand how sales forecasts, pricing, quality and costs impact on cash flows
  • Describe the influence of price and elasticity of demand
